New Scam? It never fails with Kevin Keith Chapman

Since I started this blog I get contacted often by people who are googling Kevin’s name. Most of the time it is people who have meet him and just had a “funny feeling” and being smart they GOOGLE. This story I felt I should share with you. Kevin is a charmer and a scam artist. He has scammed his “girlfriends” “fiances” and “wives” out of thousands over the years and even his own “children” he steals from. The next time you are at 8 Seconds and he offers to buy you a drink ask him if he paid his child support yet? No matter what he says the answer is NO.

Kevin Chapman most recently is claiming the status of Executive Chef and has even started his own “business” he worked out a deal with Livingsocial.com to sell a “dinner in your home” where he will come and cook and serve dinner for you and your guest. I was recently contacted by a gentleman who took him up on this offer and unfortunately fell victim. Kevin Chapman came to his house and went over the menu, checked out the kitchen and collected the deposit for the food. But on dinner night he was a no show. He did not even have the professionalism to call and let the party know he would not be there. When the gentleman finally was able to get a hold of Kevin Chapman he “claimed” the catalytic converter in his car was stolen just hours before he was to leave for the event. This does not explain why he did not call the gentleman to let him know of the situation. And to the date of this post Kevin Chapman has not refunded the money he has now “stolen” from this gentleman.

I of course want to protect people from him. Below is the message I received yesterday from this Gentleman. I have not included his name to protect him though he will be more than happy to share his story with you as well.

Dear family members/friends/acquaintances of Kevin Chapman –

This note is to warn you that Kevin Chapman is a thief. Lately, he’s been running a scam where he sells his services as a chef who will come to your house and cook dinner for you and friends/family. (He sold these through Living Social.)

A week before the event, he comes to the house to check the kitchen and collect money for the food. Then, the night of the event, he doesn’t show up. Nor does he refund the money.

I apologize for having to spread the news this way, but Kevin Chapman can’t be trusted, and I don’t want others to be scammed the way I was.

He never lived in Greece, he was dishonorably discharged from the Military and he does not pay his child support.

Is this the same Kevin Chapman?

If you are asking me that question the answer is most likely YES.

Back in March I wrote a post “Dear World Kevin Chapman is a Bad Man” In the past two weeks I have had several people email me wanting to know if the Kevin Chapman they know is the same Kevin Chapman I have written about. So I thought today I might give you some details to verify who he is and maybe tell you some of the lies he is going to tell you.

Kevin Chapman is 6’4″ tall very skinny. He has several tattoos on his body. The most obvious is the large star on his right wrist. He has one on his shoulder blade of Patrick with the word “Big B” under it. It is a memorial to a sailor buddy who died of a heart attack in his early 30s. He also has a set of baby booties on his chest with two childerns name on it that he has probably never told you about. That is because those are not his children. He likes country music and loves to dance. He will wear boots often.

What can you expect from him? Well he will tell you that I am crazy. As I have stated before I am a bi-polar. I don’t deny that. That does not affect the truth. In fact I think that show that I am honest. He will tell you that the charges in Virginia were dropped to a misdeamenor. They were as part of a plea bargin. If you google Virginia Court Information System and go to Gloucester County and put in his name under criminal you will see all 8 cases. You will also see that he plead guilty to the charges and than they were reduced. Key being he plead guilty. Why would you plea guilty or plea bargin if you were innocent. He will tell you it was a 16 year old babysitter and he did not sleep with her. Like I stated before it was a cop posing as a 13 year old girl.

If you want further proof of what he did you can request a copy of all the evidence in the trial as part of the freedom of information act. Copies of the numerous chats they had, the pictures he sent her and the transcripts and recordings of the phone calls they had.

He has been married 3 times the lady that would of been his 4th wife is the one that he was arrested for domestic violence from. He again will tell you that she was mad because he wanted to leave and she tripped. Now he plead guilty and took probation and house arrest. Why would you do that if you are innocent?

He will tell you that he is retired from the Navy and that his retirement pay goes to pay his child support. This is not true. He was dishonorably discharged from the Navy and it has not been turned around. He has no benefits and in fact he owes me over $13,000 in back child support and his first wife over $20,000 in back and current child support. He will be in Marion County court on August 11 for a back child support hearing concerning what he owes to me.

He hangs out at 8 Seconds and spends the money he should be using to pay for the children. I may of had his rights revoked but he still owes the child support up til that day.

Oh and he lives with mommy and daddy. His lies will go in circles. He is a charmer trust me I know. He will tell you how beautiful you are and he will fall in love very quickly. Call him out on some of these things and watch him squirm. He knows I am telling the truth. I am not making it up or over exaggerating any details.

I don’t want any other woman to go through what I went through. To find out the man you think you are in love with is lying to you hurts deeply.

Yes there are two sides to every story. But the facts do not change. And there is no excuse or version of a story that makes it okay to want to have sex with a 13 year old girl. And he knew she was 13 years old. I went to the jail the day after he was arrested and asked him flat out and he admitted it. It is also in the transcripts of their conversations.

I know it was a few years ago. And maybe he has changed. That is a decision you have to make. I know that he has gotten violent and his anger has increased drastically. He protects his phone like it is his lifeline. He is still addicted to porn and I honestly believe that no woman can change that.

So is this the same Kevin Chapman you meet. Ask me any questions you want. I was with him form 1997 until his arrest. So ask me and I will tell you.

Why I do what I do

As I looked this morning at my stats for my blog I noticed that since my last post I have had over 120 views. This is a personal record. I want everyone to know that I do not sensor my comments. If you want to say anything for or against what I have said I want you to post it. I took the route of blogging about this to try and get the word out to as many people as possible to protect them.

I am one of those people who believe that a pedophile cannot be cured. That is right. They may learn to control it but the thoughts and desires are always there. And a relapse can happen at anytime. I believe this situation with Kevin Chapman is because he has been in denial about his illness. I begged and begged him to get help and to admit that he had a problem. I always hoped that if he admit he had a problem that he could get some help and maybe be able to live a normal life. However he choose to lie about it and keep it a secret.

When we keep something a secret it begins to eat at us. It tears away at us from the inside and sin begins to fill in the places that the secret ate. That sin begins to take over and you will give into what you are hiding. That is why he is back to doing the things he is doing.

He never told his third wife about his arrest in Virginia. And he made up so many lies about me and his first wife. Trying to keep those lies and living by them just is not possible. SIN always gets in when you do these things.

My heart is breaking for Kevin’s parents and sisters and his friends as they are having to live through finding this out. Most of them are learning about his secret life for the first time. Or even discovering that what Kevin told them was wrong and that what they had seen on my blog or heard from other people was actual truth.

Please know that me and my kids are doing great. For the first time in 4 years I am at peace with the fact that he is in jail where he belongs. I know this means that I will not get the over $13,000 in back child support but the children of this world and unsuspecting adults will be better protected with one less pervert off the streets.

Dear World Kevin Chapman is a bad man

Five Years ago my whole life changed. I felt like I had been hit by a mac truck. The cops showed up at my house and served a search warrant. After it was all said and done I learned that my than husband had been trying to have sex with what he believed to be a 13 year old girl. After that day I could never let him back into my home again. That day was followed with the divorce, a custody battle, court hearings for back child support, court hearings for visitation, and court hearings for termination of his parental rights.

Now that this most recent case is coming out more of his friends are learning that I did not lie. They are also learning that I did not do anything that a normal mother would not have done. I have been hated and despised for years because people felt I was attacking this man just because I was a a crazy bi-polar.

Well for the record I am bi-polar. I have been for years. But my campaign to have Kevin Keith Chapman put in jail for crimes he committed was not because of that. It was because he is a sick horrible man. He does not care about anyone but himself. He goes to church and quotes the bible and claims to love christian music. But underneath it all he has lead a secret life. And as with all secrets the truth always comes out.

At best I would say he is a sex addicted. When we were together there were many times I had caught him with pornography. He also had several affairs with women younger than me (but of legal age). Being what I thought was a good Christian wife and mother I always forgave him and believed that he would stop. But when it was a child I could no longer forgive and allow him to stay in my home.

I fought him as hard as I could. And I did finally win in court after many years. His parental rights were terminated on April 9, 2009. I even changed my kids last names to remove Chapman and give them a chance to be separated from what I knew would happen again.

Now he has hurt another woman. This time it was a physical hurt but she as a result learned the truth. She has found the evidence that I was not lying. And unfortunately found evidence that he has been getting worse. To the point that he is having sex with multiple partners and not just women. His lies are so deep and so webbed that it will take a long time to sort through them.

To all his friends please know that God is with you. You now know and can protect yourself and your families from this man. Hopefully this time the courts will not give him a slap on the wrist and allow him back into society.

I beg anyone out there to check your child’s computer. Go into their email and their Facebook and their messenger and look for Kevin Chapman with the email of bones0207@yahoo.com and if you find anything no matter what it is please send it to the police. Let them know that Kevin is in jail at the Marion County Sheriff’s Office in Indianapolis, IN.

What makes you a Veteran?

So I really want to know What makes you a veteran of our wonderful and honorable Armed Services? Is it just that you were in the military? Did you have to serve in a war? Did you have to be Honorably Discharged or still on Active Duty?

I wonder this because there is this guy in Indianapolis who was Dishonorably Discharged from the United States Navy after 19 and a half years of service for trying to have sex with a 13 year old girl. And he is taking full advantage of the benefits that our wonderful nations business people bestow on our military past and present. Is he a veteran? Sure he went to war and he served our country but he disgraced the uniform and everything it stands for. He disgraced the brave men and women that are still over there fighting for our country. And fighting for the rights of other human beings. And his disgrace bestows upon him the right to call himself a “veteran” and to enjoy the gratitude of the people in this country who are proud of those who honorably serve our nation?

I am disgusted by the balls of this man. He should not call himself a veteran. He is a disgrace to this country and to the wonderful men and women who serve it. He should hold his head down in shame and in no way should he ever connect himself with the HONORABLE men and women of our UNITED STATES MILITARY.

This Veterans Day honor those who are true Veterans not those who disgraced what our Military stands for.

Dear God

I know I am not suppose to ask why. I know I am suppose to trust that you will handle things. But this is really hard. I am trying once again to put this into your hands. I find myself wanting to email her and telling her that she is in danger. That her children are in danger. That this man she thinks is so great is nothing but a big liar. I know I am not suppose to do this. And I haven’t but man I want to so bad. I don’t think it is in your will to let another woman and her kids go through what I went through, what my kids went through. So instead of emailing her I write this prayer.

IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER AND THE SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT, AMEN
Dear God, please protect this woman and her kids. Please keep them safe from what this man is capable of doing. Protect their eyes from seeing those things my kids had to see. Protect her heart from feeling the pain I had to feel. Please give her the wisdom to see it before it is too late. The strength to do the right thing and the courage to stand up for herself and her kids. Dear God please put your angels around her house and keep the evil out. Guide this family to ensure they always follow in your ways. For these things I pray

What is the right thing to do?

I have been involved in a major war the past several years.  I have had to fight for custody of my kids, fight over visitation, and whether or not a pedophile should have custody or rights at all.  The biggest battle in all of this has been the child support issue.  And no matter what I do this always goes the wrong way in my opinion.

See parental rights were terminated on April 9th of this year.  From my understanding the child support payments stop as of that day.  Now I have not gotten child support payments for several years now, which means there is a large sum in back child support that is owed.

In fact it is well over $15,000 now.  Now I don’t “need” the money but it belongs to my kids.  And if I ever get it I would like to put it into a college tuition plan for them to use when they go to school.  I mean hell I have lived without it for so long and I have mastered how to make a great life on my limited income.

There are several states involved in this case because I have moved and he has moved.  But what is shocking is that there is no federal guidlines for child support.  One state can have the court order (usually the one the custodial parent resides in) but the state the non custodial parent lives in can just wipe it out.  And no one ever talks to the custodial parent.

My case went to court in Indiana 3 times and it was just wiped clean.  No back child support owed.  And they took the non custidal assholes word for it.  I spent thousands of dollars on attornies and court cost and the state of Indiana just decides that it is all null and void.

So now what do I do?  I get told to fight and I get told that it is time to let it go.  What is the right thing to do here?  In my heart I feel that he should be held accountable.  Up to the 9th of April he should pay for.  I don’t want anything past that day.

But trying to decide when to fight and when to quit is killing me.

Starting Fresh

As many of you know when I started my blog it was to win my own domain and hopefully find a way to get my story out there.  I read hundreds of blogs every week and wanted to be able to share the way they did.

Recently my publisher and I had a difference of opinions on what content should be on my blog.  So I have left the competition.  I did purchase my domain for a mear $1.99 a year.  So I am now on my own.  No one telling me what to do or how to do it.

It will take me some time to get back up and running.  So bare with me.  I hope you will all hang out and get to know me a little better.
